Curry using soybeans plus++++???

For 2 people

Ground meat of your choice ¼ pound: beef, chicken, pork
Boiled soybeans (as much as you want, if you don’t use meat increase amount)
½ Onion
1 Squash
1 Eggplant (mid size)
1 carrot
2 teaspoons Curry Power (Any OK but I recommend S&B Oriental Curry Powder)
2 teaspoons Flour
½ Bouillon cube (chicken or vegi )
½ cup water
1 table spoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garam masala (optional)

Salt, pepper to taste

1. Chop all veggies ( if you have food processor this part is easy)
2. Pour small amount of oil into a pan and fry first, the veggies until, veggies get soft, then add meat & soybeans (you can chop soybeans or use them as they are) and stir fry until meat become white (cooked)
3. Add salt & pepper, stir a little more, then add curry powder, flour, garam masala and continue cooking
4. Crumble the Bouillon cube and add to #3.
5. Add water, Worcestershire sauce & ketchup and make it boil.
6. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat low until curry has less water.
7. Ready to eat

Note: I recommend using onion but after that you can use any veggies you like!
